Operations Supervisor, Assistant Director of Administration,
Chief, Solid Waste Division and Fire Lieutenant for Suppression,
and setting forth the minimum standards thereof; and to add new
Sections 1-217 (24A), 1-217 (42A), 1-217 (44A) and 1-217 (119A)
to follow immediately after Sections 1-217 (24), 1-217 (42), 1-217
(44) and 1-217 (119), respectively setting forth the minimum
standards for the Assistant Director of Administration, Key
Punch Supervisor, Tape Librarian and Chief, Solid Waste
Division.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the County Council of Anne
Arundel County, Maryland, That Sections 1-215 (a) (3), 1-215 (c)
(2), as amended by Bills Nos. 128-70 and 10-71, 1-215 (c) (6), 1-215
(d) (2) and 1-217 (45) of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967
Edition and Supplements), Title 1, "Administration", Subtitle 2,
"Personnel", Article II, "Classified Service", be and they are hereby
repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, respectively to read as
follows:
