Section 1-216.

(a) The below listed annual pay schedule shall be applicable
to all classes except those in the custodial, labor and trades group
below pay grade 16 (PROVIDED THAT EVERY EMPLOYEE
ASSIGNED TO SAID PAY SCHEDULE SHALL RECEIVE AN
INCREASE IN COMPENSATION EQUAL TO THE NEXT
HIGHER INCREMENT):
