DAYS" TO "CONSECUTIVE DAYS."
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 594(c) of the Code of Public Local Laws of Allegany
County (1963 Edition, being Article 1 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland), title "Allegany County," subtitle "Schools,"
be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to
read as follows:
594.
(c) Any teacher of the public schools who had been disabled or
incapacitated from performing regular school work for a period
greater than twenty consecutive [school] scheduled work days shall
be paid out of said Relief Fund $2.00 per school day for a period
not greater than fifty school days in any school year.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1972.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 130 (m)
of Article 43 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1971 Replace-
ment Volume), title "Health," subtitle "Practitioners of Medicine,"
providing for surrender of license to Board of Medical Examiners
upon suspension or revocation.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 130(m) of Article 43 of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1971 Replacement Volume), title "Health," subtitle "Prac-
titioners of Medicine," be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments, to read as follows:
130.
(m) The filing by the Commission in the office of the Board
of Medical Examiners of a certificate or order of revocation or
suspension, after due notice, hearing and findings in accordance with
the procedure specified in this section, certifying that any holder
of a license has been found guilty of unprofessional conduct by the
Commission shall constitute a revocation or suspension of the li-
cense to practice medicine and surgery in this State in accordance
with the terms and conditions imposed by the Commission and em-
bodied in the certificate or order of revocation or suspension. If
