County Government. Experience in public and/or press relations,
journalism or similar work may be substituted for the educational
requirement on a year for year basis.
Section 3. And be it further enacted, That this Ordinance
shall take effect forty-five (45) days from the date it becomes law.

AN ORDINANCE to add new Section 17-703 (m) to the Anne
Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 17,
"Taxation", Subtitle 7, "Miscellaneous Taxes", to follow immedi-
ately after Section 17-703(1) thereof, establishing the Bay High-
lands special community benefit district, and setting forth the
purposes thereof.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the County Council of Anne Arundel
County, Maryland, That new Section 17-703 (m) be and it is hereby
added to the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supple-
ments), Title 17, "Taxation", Subtitle 7, "Miscellaneous Taxes", to
follow immediately after Section 17-703 (1) thereof, to read as
follows:
Section 17-703.
(m) There is hereby created the Bay Highlands District, the
limits of which are fully set forth on a certain plat recorded among
the land records of Anne Arundel County on Plat No. 523, Plat
Book No. 9, folio 49, which description is incorporated herein by
reference as if fully set forth. The purposes of this district are for
constructing and maintaining roads and storm drains, to provide
for snow removal, to maintain street lighting and to establish and
maintain a special police service.
Section 2. And be it further enacted, That this Ordinance shall
take effect forty-five (45) days from the date it becomes law.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
5-207(a) of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements), Title 5, "Courts", Subtitle 2, "Circuit Court", re-
vising the pensions of the judges of the Fifth Judicial Circuit.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the County Council of Anne Arundel
County, Maryland, That Section 5-207 (a) be, and it is hereby repealed
and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
