high within three (3) years. Minimum screening shall be a strip
not less than four feet (4') wide, of evergreen planting of a type,
height, spacing and arrangement to screen the activities of the lot
from the adjoining areas.

(3)    The specifications for such planting shall be filed with the
approved plan for the use of such lot.

(4)    Required planting shall be properly maintained through-
out the continuance of the use of the property.

(5)    A solid brick or stone wall or opaque fence providing
equivalent screening may be substituted for the required planting,
provided the location and height would fulfill the requirements of
Section 13-300.11 (2).

(6)    No structure (including accessory structures), interior
streets and driveways (except for necessary access driveways), park-
ing areas, drying yards, or play areas may be located in buffer areas.

Section 13-300.12. Commercial Vehicles.

Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 13-352.14, Commer-
cial Vehicles other than those providing service to residences shall
not be parked in any residential area.

Section 13-300.13. Outside Storage Areas.

Outside storage areas shall be screened in accordance with the
provisions of Section 13-300.11 of this Subtitle, and shall be subject
to the following additional requirements:

(1)    The height of such screening shall exceed that of the stored
materials.

(2)    Outside storage shall be located only in rear and side yards.

(3)    No storage of material shall be located less than ten feet
(10') from any lot line.

Section 13-300.14. Refuse Collection Areas.

All refuse collection areas shall be screened in accordance with
the provisions of Section 13-300.11 of this Subtitle, and shall be
subject to the following additional requirements:

(1)    Such refuse and/or containers shall not be visible from
outside of said screening viewed from ground level at the property
line.

(2)    The height of such screening shall not be less than that
of the refuse and/or containers.

Section 13-300.15. Lighting.

The type, height, location and shading of all exterior lighting
shall be designed not to shine or reflect light into adjacent buildings
or onto adjacent property. No flashing revolving or intermittent
lighting shall be used.
