and with the easterly corporate limits of the City of Salisbury North twenty-
seven degrees sixteen minutes zero, four seconds East seven hundred and
sixty-six decimal seven, one (766.71) feet more or less to the point of
beginning. All bearings are referred to true Meridian; said area being
also described on a plat entitled "Beaverdam Annexation" being drawing
No. 4JJ-70-7, dated March 9, 1970, generally subject to all of the provi-
sions of the Charter of The City of Salisbury.

Section 2. AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF
SALISBURY, That the annexation of the Beaverdam Area be made
subject to the following terms and conditions:

A.   That upon the effective date of this annexation of the Beaverdam
Area all provisions of the Charter of The City of Salisbury and all Ordi-
nances, Resolutions, Rules and Regulations of The City of Salisbury in
effect on said date shall apply to said Beaverdam Area to the same extent
as to all other areas within the present corporate limits, except as here-
inafter specified.

B.   That upon the effective date of the annexation of said area hereby
proposed water and sewer service will be available to existing homes and
business.
