A. SERVICES AND TAXES

1. On July 1, following the date of Annexation, the City will be re-
sponsible for providing the following services:

a.   Police Protection

b.   Fire Protection

c.   Street Lights

d.    Garbage Collection

e.   Other normal services, except water, sewer and storm drainage,
in the same manner that they are provided within the existing City of
Salisbury.
