failure to retain all of such qualifications shall ipso facto cause a for-
feiture of office, and the Council shall proceed forthwith to fill said vacancy.

Resolution of the Commissioners of Perryville, Town of Perryville,
adopted pursuant to the authority of Article 11E of the Constitution of
Maryland, and Section 19 of Article 25A of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1957 Edition), Title "Corporations—Municipal" as
said section was enacted by Chapter 423 of the Laws of Maryland of
