veyance from Noah A. Hillman, Trustee, to Joseph W. Williams by deed
dated November 10, 1947, and recorded among the said land records in

ning with part of said 81¼ perch line, reversely, and corrected, south 06
degrees 48 minutes 30 seconds east 675.93 feet to a sand stone found;
thence still with the lines, reversely of Williams, as now surveyed and
corrected, north 75 degrees 33 minutes 10 seconds west 1137.45 feet to a
pipe set; thence north 42 degrees 17 minutes 30 seconds east 1402.50 feet
to a granite stone found, thence with part of the south 03 degree east 38½
