posed expenditures, the Commission shall include estimates of rev-

enue to be provided by proceeds of the administrative tax to be
levied for the ensuing budget year, proceeds to be received from taxes

levied in prior years, governmental grants, and revenue as may be

provided by service charges, sale of publications, prints and maps,

and other miscellaneous revenue.
(ii) Park Fund
The Park Fund applicable to the Metropolitan District within each

County shall include the proposed expenditures for the acquisition,

maintenance, development and operation of the park system, within
the Metropolitan district within each County as well as the debt serv-

ice required by its outstanding bonds or bonds to be issued in the

future and the estimates of revenue to be provided by proceeds of the
park tax to be levied for the budget year, proceeds to be received for

taxes levied in prior years, governmental grants, and such other

revenue as may be received from park operations.

(iii) Recreation Fund

The Recreation Fund for Prince George's County shall include the
proposed expenditures applying to the regulation, operation and
maintenance of recreation functions, facilities and personnel in Prince
George's County. The Fund shall also contain a schedule of recreation
activities and programs as the Prince George's Planning Board may
determine. For the purpose of financing proposed expenditures, the
Commission shall include estimates of revenue to be provided by pro-

ceeds of the tax for recreation to be levied for the ensuing budget

year, proceeds to be received for taxes levied in prior years, grants

and gifts from governmental or private sources when such grants

and gifts are for the purpose of financing the budget, and such other
revenue as may accrue from recreation activities.

(iv) Work Programs

The Commission's budget shall propose a complete planning work
program, including a schedule for the production of all plans and
amendments hereinafter called the planning schedule of the Com-

mission for the Regional District within each county. The planning

program and a schedule shall be included within the Administrative

Fund of each County and shall set forth the estimated costs of each

plan proposed.

(2)    Submission of Budget

The Commission shall submit the proposed budget on or before
January 1, 1973 and on OR BEFORE January 1 of each succeeding
year thereafter to the County Executives of Montgomery and Prince
George's Counties.

(3)    The Role of the County Executive

Each County Executive shall transmit the proposed budget to the

County Council of his County, together with recommendations

thereon, not later than the time required in each County's charter

for submission of the County government budget.
