(4) date of suit if filed;
(5) date and amount of judgment or settlement, if any;
(6) date and reason for final disposition if no judgment or settle-
ment;
(7) a summary of the occurrence which created the claim;
(8) and such other information as the commission may require.
(c) The commission shall maintain the reports filed in accord-
ance with this section as public records.
(C) THE COMMMISSION SHALL MAINTAIN THE RE-
PORTS FILED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS SECTION AS
CONFIDENTIAL RECORDS. THE REPORTS SHALL BE RE-
LEASED ONLY FOR BONA FIDE RESEARCH OR EDUCA-
TIONAL PURPOSES. THE COMMISSION IN ITS SOLE DIS-
CRETION SHALL DETERMINE THE VALIDITY OF ANY
REQUEST FOR THE REPORTS.
(D) THERE SHALL BE NO LIABILITY ON THE PART
OF AND NO CAUSE OF ACTION OF ANY NATURE SHALL
ARISE AGAINST ANY INSURER REPORTING HEREUNDER
OR ITS AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES, OR THE COMMISSION
OR ITS REPRESENTATIVES, FOR ANY ACTION TAKEN
BY THEM PURSUANT TO THIS SECTION. THE COMMIS-
SION SHALL REIMBURSE THE INSURER FOR THE COST
OF REPRODUCING THE REPORTS FILED.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
on July 1, 1972.

(House Bill 539)
AN ACT to add a new Section 578B 578A to Article 27 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1971 Replacement Volume, 1971 Supple-
ment), title "Crimes and Punishment," subtitle "Trespass," to
follow immediately after Section 578A 578 thereof, prohibiting the
operation of off-road vehicles on privately-owned property without
the permission of the property owner or for use in the pursuit of
wildlife and prescribing the penalties therefore; and to add a new
Section 5C 5B to Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1970 Replacement Volume, 1971 Supplement), title "Natural Re-
sources," subtitle "In General," to follow immediately after Section
5B 5A thereof, providing for regulation of the operation of off-road
vehicles on certain State-owned or controlled properties and pro-
viding penalty therefore.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That a new Section 578B 578A be and it is hereby added to Article 27
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1971 Replacement Volume, 1971
