tractors' Associations and the nominee from the International
Brotherhood of Electrical Workers of Maryland, two (2) three (3)
years; the nominee from the Municipal Inspector, one (1) nominee
from the Electrical Contractors' Associations, and the person at
large, two (2) years unless removed for cause] one practical elec-
trician shall be appointed for a term of four (4) years; one practical
electrician shall be appointed for a term of three (3) years; one (1)
practical electrician shall be appointed for a term of two (2) years;
one (1) member of the general public shall be appointed for a term
of four years and one (1) member of the general public shall be
appointed for a term of one (1) year. Should any vacancy occur
from any cause during the term of any Board as herein provided,
the Governor shall appoint someone from the [nominations made]
categories as above provided, to fill such vacancy. The Governor
shall have full power to remove any member of the Board for in-
competency or improper conduct upon satisfactory evidence being
presented to him of such condition. The Governor shall appoint one
member of said Board to act as chairman of the Board who shall
serve as chairman, at the pleasure of the Governor. In no event
shall any member of said Board be appointed for more than two
consecutive terms.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1972.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 6G(d)
of Article 33A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1971 Supple-
ment), title "Eminent Domain," to exempt Baltimore City or any
agency or department thereof from provisions of Article 41 of
the code (the Administrative Procedure Act) in connection with
the promulgation of certain regulations, and to add new Section
6G(e) to Article 33A of the same Code and title to follow imme-
diately after Section 6G(d) thereof, granting to Baltimore City
and certain agencies and departments thereof, certain authority
and power to comply with the provisions of certain federal laws
and regulations.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 6G(d) of Article 33A of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1971 Supplement), title "Eminent Domain," be and the same
is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, and that new
Section 6G(e) be and it is hereby added to said Article and title of
the Code, to follow immediately after Section 6G (d) thereof, all to
read as follows:
6G.
(d) All regulations promulgated pursuant to this title, except
those promulgated pursuant to Section 6E, shall comply with the
