(IV)    Community sewerage systems must be provided;

(V)    Individual sewerage systems may be installed and used dur-
ing an interim period, pending availability of a programmed com-
munity sewerage system [;] . In Harford County, within the areas
outlined in the county plan to receive community sewerage system
within ten years, ANY NEW subdivisions where one or more houses
are completed for
occupancy APPROVED after July JUNE 1, 1972,
must have a county approved sewerage collection system AS A PRE-
REQUISITE FOR THE ISSUANCE OF BUILDING AND ZONING
PERMITS.

(VI)    Individual sewerage systems may be installed and used for
an indefinite period. In Harford County, within the areas outlined
in the county plan to receive community sewerage system within ten
years, ANY NEW subdivisions where one or more houses are com-
pleted for occupancy
APPROVED after July JUNE 1, 1972, must
have a county approved sewerage collection system AS A PRE-
REQUISITE FOR THE ISSUANCE OF BUILDING AND ZON-
ING PERMITS.

(VII)    Community solid waste disposal systems must be provided.

(VIII)    Community solid waste acceptance facilities must be pro-
vided for use by the residents of the community pending the installa-
tion of a programmed collection and transportation system.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July JUNE 1, 1972.

CHAPTER 590
(House Bill 1149)

AN ACT to add new Section 149 to Article 27 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland, (1971 Replacement Volume), title "Crimes and
Punishments", subtitle "False Pretenses, Bad Checks, Etc.", to
follow immediately after Section 148 thereof, to provide that any
person boarding a mass transit bus and wilfully refuses REFUS-
ING to pay the proper charges for transportation shall be guilty
of a misdemeanor.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 149 be and it is hereby added to Article 27 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland, (1971 Replacement Volume), title
"Crimes and Punishments", subtitle "False Pretenses, Bad Checks,
Etc.", to follow immediately after Section 148, and to read as
follows:

149.

Any person who boards any mass transit bus for the purpose of
accepting transportation thereon must pay the fare established by
the appropriate regulatory body in the manner required and any
