The Board of Electrical Examiners may enter into reciprocal
agreements for the licensing of Master electricians without necessity
for examination.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1972.

AN ACT to repeal Section 184(b) of Article 2B of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1968 Replacement Volume) title "Alcoholic
Beverages," subtitle "Regulatory Powers," to delete in its entirety
the mandatory requirement that in Prince George's County the
board of license commissioners adopt rules and regulations.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 184(b) of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1968 Replacement Volume), title "Alcoholic Beverages," sub-
title "Regulatory Powers," be and it is hereby repealed as follows:
184.
(a) Generally.—In addition to the powers otherwise provided by
this article, the Comptroller, the board of license commissioners from
any county or Baltimore City, or the State Appeal Board shall, re-
spectively have full power and authority to adopt such reasonable
rules and regulations as they may deem necessary to enable them
effectively to discharge the duties imposed upon them by this article.
[(b) Prince George's County.—In Prince George's County the
board of license commissioners shall adopt reasonable rules and
regulations consistent with the provisions of this article for which
the said board may revoke or suspend alcoholic beverages licenses for
any violation thereof and a copy of said rules and regulations shall
be given to every licensee in Prince George's County and a copy of
all rules and regulations adopted under the provision of this subsec-
tion shall be kept with the clerk to the board of license commis-
sioners.]
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1972.
