prior to that date. Other students who possess the prescribed quali-
fications may be admitted in the discretion of the board of trustees on
payment of such fees and tuition charges as determined by the board.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1972.

It shall be unlawful for any person to hunt, pursue, kill, or have
in possession, any deer within the State of Maryland at any time;
however, it shall be lawful to hunt, pursue, or have in possession
any deer, provided same was lawfully killed during the open season
for deer. No person shall kill, or attempt to kill, a second deer in
any one season, or have in possession more than one deer killed in
this State during any one year, except that every person who first
kills a deer with bow and arrow may in the same season kill or
attempt to kill a second deer with any other implemement or device.
THERE SHALL BE TWO (2) SEASONS FOR TAKING DEER;
AN ARCHERY SEASON, AND A FIREARMS SEASON. IT
SHALL BE LAWFUL FOR A PERSON TO KILL, OR ATTEMPT
TO KILL, ONE (1) DEER DURING EACH SEASON. NO PER-
SON SHALL POSSESS MORE THAN TWO (2) DEER KILLED
IN THE STATE DURING ANY ONE LICENSE YEAR. Every
person killing a deer found in wild state, shall report to a designated
checking station with said kill within twenty-four (24) hours there-
after.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1972.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 196 (a)
of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1970 Replace-
ment Volume), title "Natural Resources," subtitle "Birds, Game
and Inland Water Fish," subheading, "Deer," to allow persons who
first kill a deer with bow and arrow to kill or attempt to kill
a second deer in the same season with any implement or
device. TO ALLOW TWO SEASONS FOR THE TAKING OF
DEER AND TO PROVIDE A YEARLY QUOTA PER PERSON.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 196(a) of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1970 Replacement Volume), title "Natural Resources," subtitle
"Birds, Game and Inland Water Fish," subheading "Deer," be and
