persons selected by the Maryland Ear, Nose and Throat Society
endorsed by the Medical and Chirurgical Faculty of Maryland.

(d)    The members of the Boards shall receive no compensation
for their services,, but may receive per diem and traveling expenses
to the extent authorized by the Budget.

(e)    The Boards shall meet at least once a year at a place and
time determined by the members. A Board may also meet at such
other times as it determines.

(f)    The Boards shall reorganize annually and elect a chairman.

(g)    Three members of a Board constitute a quorum to do busi-
ness.

(h) No person shall be appointed to serve more than two con-
secutive terms.

802. Membership of Board of Examiners for Audiologists.

(a)    There shall be a Board of Examiners for Audiologists. The
Board shall consist of five members to be appointed by the Secretary
of Health and Mental Hygiene.

(b)    Members of the Board shall be residents of this State. Three
members shall have paid work experience in audiology for at least
five years, hold the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology
of the American Speech and Hearing Association or the equivalent
and be approved by the Maryland Speech and Hearing Association.
One member shall have paid work experience in speech pathology
for at least five years, hold the Certificate of Clinical Competence
in Speech Pathology of the American Speech and Hearing Associa-
tion or the equivalent and be approved by the Maryland Speech
and Hearing Association. One member shall be a person licensed to
practice medicine in this State and hold a certificate of qualification
from the American Board of Otolaryngology.

gists. The Board shall consist of five members to be appointed by
