(1)    Section 3-101 (a) shall apply to all deeds whether executed
before or after the effective date.

(2)    Section 3-102 shall apply to all instruments whether recorded
before or after the effective date.

(8) Section 3-104 (e) (1) shall apply only to documents on or
executed after May 31, 1966.

(4)    Section 3-104 (e) (2) shall apply only to deeds recorded after
June 1,1967.

(5)    Section 3-104(e) (4) shall apply only to deeds recorded after
June 1,1965.

(6)    Section 4-101 and 4-103 shall apply to all deeds executed on
or after the effective date.

(7)    Section 4-106(d) shall apply to all mortgages and deeds of
trust executed on or after the effective date.

(8)    Section 5-113 shall apply to all deeds executed after April 7,
1886.

(9)    Section 5-114 shall apply to all inter vivos instruments exe-
cuted on or after the effective date and to all testamentary instru-
ments where the testator died after the effective date.

(10)    Section 7-101 shall apply only to mortgages and mortgage
assignments executed on or after the effective date.

(11)    Section 7-102 shall apply only to mortgages and deeds of
trust executed on or after the effective date.

(12)    The second and third sentences of Section 7-103 shall apply
only to payments made on or after the effective date.

(13)    Section 7-105(d) shall apply whether or not the mortgage
or deed of trust was executed before the effective date.

(14)    Section 7-106 (a) shall apply only to deeds of trust executed
on or after the effective date.

(15)    Section 7-106(b) (7) shall apply only to mortgages or deeds
of trust executed on or after the effective date.

(16)    Section 7-106(c) shall apply to all proceedings instituted
on or after the effective date, whether the mortgage or deed of trust
was executed before or after the effective date.

(17)    Section 8-402 (a) shall apply to all leases whose terms ex-
pire on or after the effective date, even if the lease term commenced
before the effective date.

(18)    Section 10-401 shall apply to contracts recorded before or
after the effective date, but any contract recorded before the effective
date which would become unenforceable as provided by Section 10-401
shall not become unenforceable until July 1, 1973.

(19)    Section 10-402 shall apply to options recorded before or
after the effective date.

(20)    Section 14-103 shall apply to all sales therein mentioned
which occur on or after the effective date.
