14-114. Britist BRITISH Statutes.

Except to the extent that any of the British statutes in force in
Maryland on July 4, 1776 which have been enacted by the General
Assembly of Maryland are contained elsewhere in the Annotated
Code of Maryland, the following British statutes are hereby declared
by the General Assembly of Maryland no longer to be in force in
Maryland:

Title XV Effective Date and Applicability
15-101. Effective Date.

The effective date of this article shall be 12:01 A.M. on July 1, 1972
JANUARY 1, 1973, and this article shall be applicable at that time
except as provided in Section 15-102.

15-102. Applicability.

(a) Unless otherwise specifically provided elsewhere in this
article, the provisions of this article shall be applicable on the effec-
