(4)    Baltimore County: The chairman of the board shall receive
such annual compensation as may be included in the county budget
from time to time but, in no event, to be less than $4,000 per annum.
The associate members of the board shall receive such annual com-
pensation as may be included in said budget from time to time but,
in no event, to be less than $3,000 per annum.

(5)    Calvert County: $500.

(6)    Caroline County: $300.

(7)    Carroll County: $800.

(8)    Cecil County: [$600.] Chairman $900.00; associate mem-
bers $750.00 each.

(9)     Charles County: $600.

(10)    Dorchester County: $500.

(11)    Frederick County: $800.

(12)    Garrett County: ($900.00).

(13)    Harford County: $800.

(14)    Howard County: chairman $1,800.00; associate members,
$1,200.00 each.

(15)    Kent County: $400.

(16)    Montgomery County: $2,000.

(17)    Prince George's County: $3,000.

(18)    Queen Anne's County: $500.

(19)    St. Mary's County: $500.

(20)    Somerset County: $1,000.

(21)    Talbot County: $600.

(22)    Washington County: $800.

(23)    Wicomico County: $800. for each member of the board,
plus an additional sum of $200. for the chairman of the board.

(24)    Worcester County: $800. for each member of the board,
plus an additional sum of $200. for the chairman of the board.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1,1971.

AN ACT to repeal Section 51 (a) of Article 2B of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1970 Supplement), title "Alcoholic Beverages,"
subtitle "General Provisions," and to enact new Section 51 (a) in
lieu thereof, to stand in the place of the section repealed, to specify
the size of the unit of population within the election districts of
Frederick County which determine the number of Class A off-sale
