The Queen Anne's County Court Law Library shall be supervised
and administered in accordance with the Rules adopted by the Second
Judicial Circuit. The County Commissioners of Queen Anne's
County shall annually appropriate such amount as may be necessary
for the maintenance of the Queen Anne's County Court Law Library,
for the salary of the Librarian, and for the purchase of all books
and supplies ordered by the Librarian, with the approval of the
County Administrative Judge, in accordance with such Rules of the
Second Judicial Circuit.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That new subsection (c) be and
it is hereby added to Section 10 of Article 36 of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1965 Replacement Volume and 1970 Cumulative Sup-
plement), Title "Fees of Officers," subtitle "Attorneys," to follow
immediately after subsection (b) thereof and to read as follows:

(c) All attorneys' fees collected pursuant to this section in Queen
Anne's County shall be deposited by the Clerk in a special fund,
to be known as the "Law Library Fund" and shall be used for the
purpose of purchasing and maintaining legal treatises and period-
icals recommended for purchase by the Queen Anne's County Bar
Association and approved by the County Administrative Judge. As
used in this subsection, "legal treatises and periodicals" means books
and periodicals relating to a specific legal subject, or a group of
related subjects, and also includes periodicals, such as law reviews,
on general subjects; but the term does not include court reports of
any court, codes or laws, digests, indices or annotations of cases,
codes or laws, or legal encyclopediae.
Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1971.

(House Bill 1207)
AN ACT to add new Section 126C to Article 66C of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1970 Replacement Volume), title "Natural
Resources," subtitle "Birds, Game and Inland Water Fish," sub-
heading "Hunter's License," to follow immediately after Section
126B thereof, providing for waiver of fees for hunting licenses
and stamps in the case of members of the armed forces of the
United States who are residents of Maryland while on leave in
Maryland, PROVIDED THEIR LEAVE ORDERS ARE IN
THEIR POSSESSION.
