temporary bonds, with or without coupons, exchangeable for defini-
tive bonds when such bonds or obligations have been executed and
are available for delivery, provided, however, that any such interim
certificates or temporary bonds shall be issued in all respects subject
to the restrictions and requirements set forth herein. The County
may by appropriate resolution, provide for the replacement of any
bonds issued hereunder which shall have become mutilated or be
destroyed or lost upon such conditions and after receiving such in-
demnity as the County may think it proper and necessary to stipulate
and require.
Sec. 8. And be it further enacted, That any and all obligations
issued pursuant to the authority of this Act, the interest payable
thereon, and the income derived therefrom in the hands of the
holders thereof from time to time, shall be and is hereby declared to
be exempt from State, county and municipal taxation of every kind
and nature whatsoever in the State of Maryland.
Sec. 9. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1971.

CHAPTER 205
(House Bill 1277)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 322 of
Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1970 Replacement
Volume), title "Natural Resources," subtitle "Fish and Fisheries,"
subheading "Part 3. Crabs, Lobsters and Terrapins," deleting ob-
solete language and increasing the license fee for commercial
crabbing to Five Dollars ($5.00).
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 322 of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1970 Replacement Volume), title "Natural Resources," subtitle
"Fish and Fisheries," subheading "Part 3. Crabs, Lobsters and
Terrapins," be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:
322.
Any resident of Maryland desiring to take or catch crabs from
the waters thereof for market, and each person working on any
boat used in taking or catching of crabs for market, shall first
obtain a numbered license through the clerk of the circuit court for
the county in which he resides or from the clerk of the Court of
Common Pleas, if he resides, in Baltimore City, and shall pay the
sum of [$2] $5, and in addition thereto twenty-five cents to the
clerk of the court for issuing same, which license shall be good for
the year of issuance only and shall entitle the person obtaining same
to take or catch crabs by [any of the methods now or hereafter
authorized to be used, including] scrape, nets, dip nets or trotline.
