(House Bill 392)
AN ACT to add new Subsection (h) to Section 377 of Article 18
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Queen Anne's County," subtitle "Roads," to follow imme-
diately after Subsection (g) thereof, as added by Chapter 418 of
the Acts of 1959; providing penalties for violation of rules
promulgated pursuant to Section 377.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new subsection (h) be and it is hereby added to Section 377
of Article 18 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Queen Anne's County," subtitle "Roads," to follow
immediately after Subsection (g) thereof, as added by Chapter
418 of the Acts of 1959, and to read as follows:
377.
(h) Any person violating any of the rules and regulations
promulgated pursuant to this section or failing or refusing to
comply with any traffic control device erected pursuant to this
section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon convic-
tion thereof shall be fined not more than $100.00 or confined for a
period not to exceed thirty (30) days or both fined and imprisoned.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act is hereby
declared to be an emergency measure and necessary for the imme-
diate preservation of the public health and safety and having been
passed by a yea and nay vote supported by three-fifths of all the
members elected to each of the two houses of the General Assembly,
the same shall take effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to add new Subsection (e) to Section 376 of Article
18 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Queen Anne's County," subtitle "Roads," to follow im-
mediately after Subsection (d) thereof, as added by Chapter
418 of the Acts of 1959; providing that the County Roads
Board of Queen Anne's County make rules and regulations to
regulate the use of public landings, disposal areas, and sanitary
landfills, including access roads thereto, and providing penalties
for violations thereof.
