(Senate Bill 705)
AN ACT to add new Section 425A to the Code of Public Local Laws
of Carroll County (1965 Edition, being Article 7 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Carroll County," subtitle
"Revenue and Taxes," to follow immediately after Section 425
thereof, authorizing the County Commissioners to enact legislation
taxing or collecting fees on house trailers or mobile homes in
Carroll County* AND TO AUTHORIZE THE COUNTY COMMIS-
SIONERS TO ADOPT RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR IM-
POSITION AND COLLECTION OF SAID TAXES OR FEES.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 425A be and it is hereby added to the Code of Public
Local Laws of Carroll County (1965 Edition, being Article 7 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Carroll County,"
subtitle "Revenue and Taxes," to follow immediately after Section 425
thereof, and to read as follows:
425A.
The County Commissioners of Carroll County are authorized to tax
or collect fees from the owners, lessors or occupants of any house
trailer or mobile home in Carroll County. AND TO PROVIDE BY
RESOLUTION FOR RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE
IMPOSITION AND COLLECTION THEREOF AS DEEMED
NECESSARY.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1971.

CHAPTER 101
(Senate Bill 717)
AN ACT to repeal Section 182 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Harford County (1965 Edition, being Article 13 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Harford County," subtitle
"Circuit Court," subheading "Juvenile Court," as this section was
last amended by Chapter 20 of the Acts of 1967 and to enact a new
Section 182 in lieu thereof, to stand in the place of the section
so repealed, providing for a Special Master in Equity in the Cir-
cuit Court for Harford County, making provision for his appoint-
ment, salary, and duties, providing that he shall perform the
duties of the position hitherto known as Master for Juvenile
Causes for the Circuit Court for Harford County, as well as other
equity duties, and relating generally to the appointment, powers,
duties, and salary of the Special Master for the Circuit Court for
Harford County.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
