CHAPTER 90
(Senate Bill 468)

AN ACT to declare the sanction and consent of the General Assem-
bly of Maryland to sundry gifts, bequests and devises contained
in the Last Wills and Testaments of certain persons, deceased,
and also to certain gifts, grants, sales, leases and deeds made by
various persons to and for the use and benefit of sundry minis-
terial persons, religious corporations, vestries, educational and
charitable institutions, churches, denominations or sects herein-
after named.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the sanction and consent of the said General Assembly of
Maryland be and the same is hereby declared, given and granted to
the following gifts, bequests, devises, grants, sales, leases, convey-
ances and deeds, to and from certain persons and bodies corporate
to and for the use of certain ministerial persons, religious and edu-
cational corporations, orders, denominations and sects, and to cer-
tain charitable institutions hereinafter named and hereinafter set
forth.

1.    Trust Estate of Anita Jones Johnston which terminated by
reason of the death of Anita Johnston on January 15, 1971. The
trust terminated and the following charity will receive a share of
the principal in the proportion set out under the Will of Isabella C.
Rouse who died on September 26, 1926—The Home for the Aged
of The Methodist Episcopal Church (now The Wesley Home, Inc.)

2.    Trust under Will of Ernest Rowland, Item 5 of which pro-
vides that the Trustees of West Nottingham Presbyterian Church
of Cecil County in Colora, Maryland are to receive the net income
from the Trust for a certain period and that the trust estate shall
be determined and ended twenty years from the death of Mr.
Rowland's wife, Lulu J. Rowland, and the whole of the trust estate
paid over to the Trustees of West Nottingham Presbyterian Church
If it be then in existence and function as a Presbyterian Church;
and if the Church has passed out of existence, the trust estate is
to be paid over to the New Castle Presbytery of the Presbyterian
Church of the United States of America.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1971.

CHAPTER 91
(Senate Bill 473)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 32 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Allegany County (1963 Edition and
1967 Supplement) being Article 1 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, title "Allegany County," subtitle "Circuit
Court," to remove the special consideration with respect to salary
