by the court.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1971.

CHAPTER 18
(Senate Bill 396)

AN ACT to legalize the 1971 Supplement to the Code of Public
Local Laws of Harford County (1965 Edition, being Article 13
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland) published under
the direction of the Board of County Commissioners of Harford
County and making provision for the publication, sale, and dis-
tribution of this Code.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the 1971 Supplement to the Code of Public Local Laws of
Harford County (1965 Edition, being Article 13 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland) published under the direction of
the Board of County Commissioners of Harford County and edited
by Carl N. Everstine, is legalized. The Supplement shall contain
all public local laws relating to Harford County in effect after the
1971 Regular Session of the General Assembly of Maryland and
which have been enacted or amended following the 1965 Regular
Session, and it shall contain the amendments and additions in the
charters of the several municipal corporations within Harford
County as in effect on April 1, 1971, and which have been enacted
or amended following April 1, 1965. The Supplement shall be deemed
and taken in all courts of the State and by all judges and other
public officials of the State and of its several political subdivisions
to be evidence of the changes and enactments affecting the 1965
Edition of the Code of Public Local Laws of Harford County.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That the Board of County
Commissioners of Harford County shall make an appropriation to
provide for the publication of the Supplement and the Board may
provide for the sale and distribution of the Supplement.

Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1971.
