AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL NO. 60 AND/OR
HOUSE BILL NO. 120

Amendment No. 2

On page 23 of the printed bill, under the heading "Department of
Transportation" and under the program "Bond Sinking Fund" and in the
line entitled "Special Fund Appropriation" strike out the numerals
"37,987,594" and insert in lieu thereof, the numerals "46,577,594." In
addition, the following explanatory provision shall be added: "Special
Fund Appropriation, provided that revenues in excess of this estimate
may be made available by approved budget amendment."

On page 25 of the printed bill, under the heading "State Motor Vehicle
Administration" and under the programs detailed below and in the Sum-
mary line entitled "Total Special Fund Appropriation," strike out the
numerals "15,011,330" as revised by Amendment No. 1, and insert in lieu
thereof, the numerals "15,149,360."

On page 25 of the printed bill, under the heading "Public Transit
Administration" and under the programs detailed below and in the line
entitled "Total Special Fund Appropriation" strike out the numerals
"26,509,300" and insert in lieu thereof, the numerals "29,926,300," and add
the line "Total Federal Fund Appropriation............3,767,000."

On page 23 of the printed bill, under the heading "Department of
Transportation" and under the program "General Administration" and in
the line entitled "Special Fund Appropriation," strike out the numerals
"17,729,350" as revised by Amendment No. 1, and insert in lieu thereof,
the numerals "5,584,320."

To accomplish this amendment, the detailed appropriations for
agencies comprising the Department of Transportation appearing on pages
23 through 26 of the printed bill and pages 233 through 306 of the State
Budget Book are amended to read as follows:
