Any request for zoning reclassification may be presented at the appro-
priate time to the planning board or county council during such a period,
however, for consideration in the preparation or modification of the new
or comprehensively revised zoning map then to be approved and adopted.
The purpose of this section shall be to provide for the orderly and non-
duplicative consideration of reclassification requests within the context of
a comprehensive zoning map, when such map is under review.

Section 5. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act is
hereby declared to be an emergency measure affecting the public health,
safety or welfare, and having been passed by the affirmative vote of five
members of the County Council, the same shall take effect from the date
of its enactment.

Bill No. 65

An Act to provide that no pasteurized milk shall be sold or offered
for sale after a prescribed time from the date when pasteurized, and
to require such expiring date to be stamped on the container in which
the milk is sold by adding new section 13-8.1 to the Baltimore County
Code, 1968, Title "Health and Sanitation", Article I. In General;
now, therefore

Section 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF
BALTIMORE COUNTY, MARYLAND, That new section 13-8.1 be and
it is hereby added to the Baltimore County Code, 1968, Title "Health and
Sanitation", Article I. In General, said new section to read as follows:

13-8.1 Pasteurized milk; limitation on sale of

(a)    Pasteurized milk shall not be sold, delivered or offered for sale
after 90 hours from the date of pasteurization.

(b)    The last date that pasteurized milk can be sold, delivered or
offered for sale, as provided in subsection (a) above, shall be stamped
on the cap or container in such a manner as to be legible to the purchaser
or prospective purchaser thereof.

Section 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect forty-five days after its enactment.

Bill No. 66

A Tax Resolution to defer the partial exemption from personal
property tax on raw materials and manufactured products for the
taxable year beginning July 1, 1970 by repealing and re-enacting with
amendments Section 11-38(a) of the Baltimore County Code, 1968
(1969 Cumulative Supplement).

Section 1. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF
BALTIMORE COUNTY, MARYLAND, That Section 11-38(a) of the
Baltimore County Code, 1968 (1969 Cumulative Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments to read as follows:

Section 11-38. Manufacturer's tax exemption

(a) raw materials on hand and manufactured products in the hands
of the manufacturer in Baltimore County be and they are hereby exempt
from county taxation in the amount of 55 percent of the total assessed
