(2) The Director of Public Works shall keep a record of all rules,
regulations, orders and directives issued by him, which records shall be
open to public inspection at all reasonable times.

Section 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Ordinance
shall take effect forty-five (45) days from the date it becomes law.

An Ordinance to repeal and re-enact Bill No. 81-67, as amended by
Bill No. 12-70, legalizing Supplement No. 5, 12-69 to the Code of
Anne Arundel County, Maryland (1967 Edition), as prepared and pub-
lished by the Michie City Publications Company, Charlottesville, Vir-
ginia, and making it evidence of the law of Anne Arundel County,
Maryland.

Section 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF
ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MARYLAND, That Supplements "1-67",
"9-67", "9-68", [and] "No. 4, 6-69" and "No. 5, 12-69" to the Code of Anne
Arundel County, Maryland (1967 Edition), as prepared and published by
the Michie City Publications Company, Charlottesville, Virginia, be and
they are hereby legalized, and made evidence of the laws of Anne Arundel
County, Maryland.

Section 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That it is the in-
tention of the County Council that the sections paragraphs, sentences,
clauses and phrases of the Supplement hereby legalized are severable,
and if any phrase clause sentence, paragraph or section of the Supplement
hereby legalized shall be declared unconstitutional or otherwise invalid by
the valid judgment or decree of a court of competent jurisdiction, such un-
constitutionality or invalidity shall not affect any of the remaining phrases,
clauses, sentences, paragraphs and sections of the Supplement hereby le-
galized.

Section 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Ordinance

An Ordinance to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 4
of Bill No. 18-67, as amended, to remove Chapters 32 and 35 of the
Anne Arundel County Code (1957 Edition and Supplements), respec-
tively titled "Subdivisions", and "Zoning", from those laws not re-
pealed by the adoption of the 1967 edition of said Code.
