2576                               County Local Laws

(6)    Townhouse units shall comply with the requirements of Sections
13-306.1 (b) (7) (ii) and (vi).

(7)    In RA and R1 Residential Districts, single family dwelling units
shall comprise not less than forty percent (40%) of the total dwelling
units in a planned unit development.

(8)    In R2 and R5 Residential Districts, single family dwelling units
shall comprise not less than thirty percent (30%) of the total dwelling
units in a planned unit development.

(9)    In R15 and R22 Residential Districts:

(a)    Single family dwelling units shall comprise not less than ten
percent (10%) of the total dwelling units in a planned unit development;
and

(b)    Townhouses shall comprise not less than ten percent (10%) of
the total dwelling units in a planned unit development.

(10)    In R44 Residential Districts, townhouse units shall comprise
not less than ten percent (10%) of the total dwelling units in a planned
unit development.

(11)    In RA and Rl Residential Districts:

(a)    The maximum permitted residential floor area (FAR) shall be
.3% of TIMES the residential land area.

(b)    The minimum required open space (OSR) shall be 2.5% of
TIMES the actual residential floor area.

(c)    The minimum required living space (LSR) shall be included
as part of the minimum required open space, and shall be 1.5% of TIMES
the actual residential floor area.

(d)    The minimum required countable recreation space (RSR) shall
be included as part of the minimum required living open space, and shall
be .15% of TIMES the actual residential floor area.

(12)    In R2 and R5 Residential Districts:

(a)    The maximum permitted residential floor area (FAR) shall be
.4% of TIMES the residential land area.

(b)    The minimum required open space (OSR) shall be 1.8% of
TIMES the actual residential floor area.

(c)    The minimum required living space (LSR) shall be included as
part of the minimum required open space, and shall be 1.1% of TIMES
the actual residential floor area.

(d)    The minimum required countable recreation space (RSR) shall
be included as part of the minimum required living space, and shall be
.13% of TIMES the actual residential floor area.

(13)    In R15 Multi-family Residential Districts:

(a)    The maximum permitted residential floor area (FAR) shall be
.6% of TIMES the residential land area.

(b)    The minimum required open space (OSR) shall be 1.2% of
TIMES the actual residential floor area.
