An Ordinance to repeal Section 1-216 of the Anne Arundel County
Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 1, "Administration", Sub-
title 2, "Personnel", Article II, "Classified Service" and to enact new
Section 1-216 in lieu thereof, to stand in the place of the section
repealed, generally revising the annual pay schedule for certain classi-
fied employees.
Section 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF
ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MARYLAND, That Section 1-216 of the
Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 1, "Ad-
ministration", Subtitle 2, "Personnel", Article II, "Classified Service", be,
and it is hereby repealed, and new Section 1-216 is enacted in lieu thereof,
to stand in the place and stead of the section so repealed, and to read
as follows:
Section 1-216
(a) The below listed annual pay schedule shall be applicable to all
classes except those in the custodial, labor and trades group below pay
grade 16:
