(g) Parking and loading spaces within all districts except RA—
Agricultural Residential Districts, and R1, R2 and R5 Residential Districts
shall have direct access from an interior driveway, and shall not necessi-
tate backing into any public road right-of-way. No parking shall be
permitted on interior roadways in R15, R22 and R44 Multi-family districts,
or in commercial or industrial developments.

Section 13-320.1—Loading Regulations

(a)    Required off-street loading spaces shall be provided on the prop-
erty with the use, and shall have unobstructed access to a street or
alleyway.

(b)    Each required loading space shall be not less than fifteen feet
(15') in width, not less than thirty feet (30') in length, and have a clear
height measuring not less than fourteen feet (14').

(c)    Off-street loading shall be enclosed or screened from surrounding
property. Screening shall be in accordance with the provisions of Section
13-301.11, and shall be not less than six feet (6') nor more than ten
feet (10') in height. In lieu of such screening, a wall, barrier, or uni-
formly painted fence of fire resistant material not less than six feet (60
high nor more than eight feet (8') above finished grade (or above roof level,
if on a roof) may be utilized. Such wall, barrier or fence may be opaque
or perforated, provided that not more than fifty percent (50%) of the
surface area is open.

Section 13-320.2—Parking Regulations

(a)    Required off-street parking spaces shall be provided on the prop-
erty with the use, or on a reserved parking area within a walking distance
of:

(1)    Two hundred feet (200') of a residential use.

(2)    Three hundred feet (300') of commercial institutional, public
and semi-public uses.

(3)    Five hundred feet (500') of manufacturing uses.

In each instance, the walking distance shall be determined from the
farthest major entry point to the parking area.

(b)    Required parking spaces for two (2) or more uses on adjoining
properties may be provided in a single common facility or area on one
or more of the lots.

(c)    Each required parking space shall measure not less than ten
feet (10') in width, and not less than twenty feet (20') in length.
Parking areas or facilities shall measure not less than three hundred fifty
(350) square feet in area for each parking space provided.

(d)   (1) Open parking located at grade or on a roof shall be
screened from all surrounding properties, in accordance with the provisions
of Section 13-301.11; such screening shall measure not less than four feet
(4') nor more than six feet (6') in height. In lieu of such screening,
solid or perforated fencing may be utilized, provided not more than fifty
percent (50%) of its surface area is open.

(2) In open off-street parking areas, interior planting strips meas-
uring not less than five feet (5') by eight feet (8') shall be provided
for each row of forty (40) spaces (or portion thereof) over and above
