Section 13-317.1—Special Exceptions

The following special exceptions shall be permitted in M3 W3 Heavy
Industrial Districts:

(1)    Abattoirs and stockyards (commercial).
(2) Sand and gravel operations.

(3)    Sanitary landfills.

(4)    Junk yards.

(5)    Radioactive waste handling.

(6)    Storage of inflammable, explosive, incendiary, and toxic material.

(2)     JUNK YARDS.

(3)     RADIOACTIVE WASTE HANDLING.

(4)     SAND AND GRAVEL OPERATIONS.

(5)     SANITARY LANDFILLS.

(6)     ORE STORAGE.

(7)     STORAGE OF INFLAMMABLE, EXPLOSIVE, INCENDI-
ARY, AND TOXIC MATERIAL.

(8)     TANNERIES.

Section 13-317.2—Area Requirements

(a)     Each lot shall have an area of not less than six thousand (6,000)
square feet.

(b)     Not more than eighty per cent (80%) of the net area of any
lot may be covered by a structure (including accessory structures and uses,
and off-street parking).

(c)     Each lot shall have a depth of not less than one hundred feet
(1000.
