(d) Sound pressure level shall be measured with a Sound Level Meter
and Octave Band Analyzer conforming to the specifications of the American
Standards Association.

Section 13-315.15 13.315.13—Glare and Heat

Direct or sky-reflected glare (excluding signs or floodlighting of park-
ing area otherwise permitted by this subtitle) shall not be visible at the
lot line; nor shall there be any emission or transmission of heat or heated
air discernible at the lot line.

Section 13-315.16 13-315.14—Non-Radioactive Liquid or Solid Wastes

No liquid or solid materials may be discharged at any point into any
public or private sewage disposal system or stream, or into the ground
except if approved by the Anne Arundel County Health Department, the
Department of Public Works and the Department of Water Resources.

Section 13-315.17 13-315.15—Landscaping

Landscaping (including planting of grass, trees, shrubs, and other
comparable land cover to the maximum extent possible) shall be in accord-
ance with the site plan. A fully landscaped park-like setting shall be
established and maintained inside and along the boundary of the entire
park district.

Section 13-315.18 13-315.16—Maintenance

The interior and exterior of all buildings and structures, and all walk-
ways, trees, shrubs, landscape, and other open and paved areas constructed,
erected or installed on the lot or lots developed shall be kept in a neat,
clean, orderly and sanitary condition (including the removal of all refuse,
rubbish, snow and ice).

Section 13-315.19 13-315.17—Outdoor Storage

Outdoor storage shall be permitted provided:

(1)    Ground coverage does not exceed fifteen percent (15%) of the
lot area; and

(2)    The storage area is screened from any road right of way or
adjacent property by a wall not exceeding eight feet (8') in height, of
such construction and appearance as to be commensurate with the construc-
tion of the primary structure; and

(3)    No storage shall extend above the height of the screening wall;
and

(4)    Outside storage shall only be placed in the rear yard.

Section 13-315.20Visible Emissions from Existing Fuel Burning Equip-

ment

No person shall cause, suffer, allow or permit emissions from any

existing fuel burning equipment which are darker in shade or appearance
than that designated as No. 2 on the
Ringelmann Smoke Chart; or of

such opacity as to obscure an observer's view to a degree greater than

does smoke designated as No. 2 on the Ringelmann Smoke Chart. For
