Section 13-315.13 13-315.11—Vibration

No vibrations transmitted through, the ground shall be discernible
without the aid of instruments at or beyond the lot line; nor shall any
vibration produced exceed 0.002g (measured at or beyond the lot line)
using either seismic or electronic vibration measuring equipment.

Section 13-315.14 13-315.12—Noise

(a) No noise shall be objectionable due to intermittence, beat, fre-
quency or shrillness; sound pressure level (at the lot line) of noise radiated
continuously from a facility between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.,
in any octave band of frequency, shall not exceed the values hereinbelow
set forth:

(b)    If a lot line lies within twenty-five feet (25') of the boundary
of a residential district, the sound pressure level (at the lot line), in any
octave band of frequency, shall not exceed the values hereinbelow set forth:

(c)    Notwithstanding the provisions of subsections (a) and (b)
hereof, if the noise is not smooth and continuous and is not radiated
between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., one or more of the correc-
tions in table set forth below shall be added to or subtracted from each of
the decibel levels set forth in the tables in subsections (a) and (b) of this
section; provided that only one correction may be applied in the case of
subsections (2), (3) and (4) of this subsection.

(1)    Daytime operation only                                  plus 5

(2)    Noise source operates less than 20%                 plus 5

of any one-hour period

(3)    Noise source operates less than 5%                   plus 10

of any one-hour period

(4)    Noise source operates less than 1%                   plus 15
