Section 13-315.6—Area Requirements
All M1 Wl—Industrial Park Districts shall be located on a site
having a gross area of not less than twenty (20) acres, and no individual
lot shall have a net area of less than two (2) acres.
Section 13-315.7—Yards AND SETBACKS
No front yard in any M1 W1—Industrial Park District shall measure
less than fifty feet (50'); rear and side yards shall measure not less than
thirty feet (30') for principal structures, and not less than twenty-five feet
(25') for accessory structures. With the exception of freeways, express
ways and limited access major highways, all yards shall be adjacent to
