Section 13-315.5—Uses Prohibited

Notwithstanding the provisions of Sections 13-315.1 through 13-315.4,
inclusive, the following uses shall be prohibited in M1 W1—Industrial
Park Districts:

(1)    Abattoirs.

(2)    Arsenals.

(3)    Blast furnaces.

(4)    Boiler works.

(5)    Dumps.

(6)    Fat rendering.

(7)    Forge plants.

(8)    Fuel storage yards.

(9)    Grease, lard or tallow manufacturing or processing.

(10)    Grist mills.

(11)    Hospitals or sanitoriums.

(12)    Lumber yards.

(13)    Manufacture of:
(a)    Acetylene.

(B) ACIDS.

(b) (C)    Ammonia.

(c) (D)    Asphalt.

(d) (E)    Bleaching powder.

(e) (F)    Celluloid or pyroxyline (or treatment thereof).

(f) (G)    Cement.

(g) (H)   Chlorine.

(h) (I)    Disinfectants.

(i) (J)    Emery cloth and/or sandpaper.

(j) (K)    Explosives.

(k) (L)    Fertilizers.

(l) (M)    Fireworks.

(m) (N) Gas for illumination or heating.

(n) (O)    Glue size or gelatin.

(o) (P)    Gunpowder (including storage).

(p) (Q)    Gypsum.

(q) (R)    Insecticides.
