2472                               County Local Laws

(2)    Chickens, rabbits RABBITS, CHICKENS or other similar fowls
or small animals shall not exceed a total of twenty-five (25) in number.

(3)    Manure shall be stored not less than fifty feet (50') from any
property line, and not less than one hundred feet (100') from any dwelling.

(4)    Livestock shall be kept only in side or in rear yards, and shall

be fenced. Fences shall be located not less than ten feet (10') from side

and rear let lines, and not less than forty feet (40') from the front

let line. ALL LIVESTOCK SHALL BE FENCED; FENCES SHALL BE
LOCATED NOT LESS THAN THREE FEET (3') FROM ALL PROP-
ERTY LINES.

(d) Accessory uses and/or structures attached to the principal
structure shall be subject to the yard requirement set forth in Section
13-304.3.

Section 13-304.5—Minimum Lot Frontage at Building Line

Each lot shall have a width of not less than one hundred twenty-five
feet (125') at the front building line, and the frontage for access along
an existing or proposed County streets OR STREETS PROPOSED ON
ANY RECORDED PLAT, IN ANY APPROVED CAPITAL IMPROVE-
MENT PROJECT, OR IN THE ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY MASTER
PLAN OF TRANSPORTATION shall be not less than eighteen feet (18').

Section 13-304.6—Building Height Limits

Principal structures shall not exceed forty-five feet (45') nor more
than three (3) stories in height; and accessory structures shall not exceed
twenty-five feet (25') in height.

R2—Residential Districts
Section 13-305—Uses Permitted

The following uses shall be permitted in R2—Residential Districts:

(1)    All uses set forth in Section 13-304 (with the exception of animal
husbandry, cemeteries, fur farming, hospitals, nursery farms, stables and
storage of manure).

(2)    Duplex and semi-detached dwellings.
Section 13-305.1—Special Exceptions

The following uses shall be permitted in R2—Residential Districts, as
special exceptions:

(1)    All uses set forth in Section 13-303.2, with the exception of air-
ports, airfields, ANIMAL HOSPITALS, heliports and helipads, commercial
recreational camp grounds, and commercial recreational establishments.

(2)    Conversion of single family dwelling units to duplex and multi-
family
dwelling units.

Section 13-305.2—Area Requirements

(a) Each principal structure (including accessory structures and
uses) shall be located on a lot having a net area of not less than twenty
thousand (20,000) square feet. The total minimum lot area for duplexes and
semi-detached residences shall be not less than twenty-five thousand
(25,000) square feet.
