Section 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, that new Sections
1-217 (159) and (160) be and they are hereby added to said Code, Title,
Subtitle and Article to read as follows:

(159)    Photographer—Graduation from a recognized high school and
five (5) years of experience as a commercial, industrial, news or portrait
photographer, and in photographic laboratory work. College education may
be substituted for up to, but no more than, two (2) years of required
experience.

(160)    GATEKEEPER AND Scale Man—Graduation from a recog-
nized high school and three (3) years of related work experience, preferably
some experience in clerical work; or any equivalent combination of educa-
tion and experience.

Section 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, that this Ordinance
shall take effect forty-five (45) days after it becomes law.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal Section 17-203 (a) of the Anne Arundel
County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 17, "Taxation",
Subtitle 2, "Assessment and Levy", and to enact new Section 17-203
(a) in lieu thereof, to stand in the place of the section repealed,
allowing a tax credit for certain homeowners, and matters generally
related thereto.
