FAMILY DWELLING UNITS MAY PAY THE CAPITAL CONNEC-
TION CHARGE IN INSTALLMENTS UNLESS SAID APPLICANT HAS
FIRST SUBMITTED WRITTEN EVIDENCE SATISFACTORY TO THE
CONTROLLER THAT SAID APPLICANT CANNOT OBTAIN PRI-
VATE FINANCING. Any of such installments may be prepaid in inverse
chronological order at any time.

charge shall be paid in full at the time application for service is made.

per month on unpaid balance BEARING INTEREST ON THE UNPAID
BALANCE AT A RATE TO BE DETERMINED BY THE CONTROLLER
PREDICATED UPON THE THEN CURRENT RATE OF INVESTED
COUNTY FUNDS, the initial installment to be billed and payable with the
first special benefit assessment charge due on such property upon the ex-
piration of one year from the date of such application, and the remaining
installments to be similarly billed and payable annually thereafter, PRO-
VIDED THAT NO APPLICANT OWNING OTHER THAN EXISTING
SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING UNITS MAY PAY THE CAPITAL CON-
NECTION CHARGE IN INSTALLMENTS UNLESS SAID APPLICANT

Section 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Ordinance
shall take effect forty-five (45) days from the date it becomes law.

AN ORDINANCE to add new Section 14-314(c) to the Anne Arun-
del County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 14, "Police,"
Subtitle 3, "Police and Fire Service Retirement", to follow immedi-
ately after Section 14-314(b) thereof, revising the retirement
benefits of certain Police Officers.
Section 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF
ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MARYLAND, that new Section 14-314(c)
