line of said Blunt Road to the point of its intersection with Brink Road,
and thence in a westerly direction along the center line of said Brink Road
to the point of its intersection with Cedar Grove Road (Md. Route 27),
and thence southerly along the center line of said Cedar Grove Road to its
junction with Md. Route 355, known as Frederick Road, and thence
southeasterly along the center line of said Frederick Road (Md. Route 355)
to the point of its junction with Darnestown—Germantown Road (Md.
Route 118), thence southwesterly along the center line of said Darnestown
—Germantown Road to that point of beginning where it intersects Old
Germantown—Boyds Road.
(c) Election District No. 3. All that portion of the third election
district of the County as1 herein constituted, included within the following
lines, limits and boundaries in the section mentioned: beginning for the
same at a point centered in the mouth of the Seneca Creek, which trunk is
designated as lying between Tschiffely Mill Road and Riley's Lock Road,
and running thence in a northerly direction along the principle creek bed
of Seneca Creek along its meander in a northerly direction up to the point
at which it intersects the Dawsonville—Darnestown Road (Md. Route 28)
at the site of the gaging station, and thence in a westerly direction along
the center line of the said Dawsonville—Darnestown Road (Md. Route 28),
and following thence a northwesterly course along said road which is
known as Beallsville—Dawsonville Road (Md. Route 28), and continuing
via Beallsville whereupon said road is also known as the Dickerson—
Beallsville Road (Md. Route 28) to a point of its junction with Martinsburg
Road and where said Route 28 becomes Dickerson Road, and thence in a
northerly direction along said Dickerson Road (Md. Route 28) to its
junction with the boundary of Frederick and Montgomery Counties, and
thence running in a southwesterly direction along said boundary via the
point where Frederick, Montgomery and Loudoun Counties (Virginia)
intersect, and thence running along the Montgomery County—Loudoun
County (Virginia) boundary on the westerly side of the Potomac River
and with said boundary to a point on the southerly side of the Potomac
River directly opposite the mouth of Seneca Creek, and thence across the
said Potomac River to the point of beginning.
(d) Election District No. 4. All that portion of the fourth election
district of the County as herein constituted, included within the following
lines, limits and boundaries in the section mentioned: beginning at
the point where Muncaster Mill Road (Md. Route 115) has its junction
with Redland Road and Muncaster Road, and thence running in a south-
easterly course along the center line of Muncaster Mill Road (Md. Route
115) via the northernmost extension of Rock Creek Park and crossing
Rock Creek and continuing in a southeasterly direction along said Mun-
caster Mill Road to a point in North Branch Park where the said Muncaster
Mill Road is intersected by North Branch Creek, and thence in a southerly
direction running along the center of said North Branch Creek and thence
to the point of its confluence with Lake Norbeck, which is also known as
Lake Bernard Frank, and running thence along the mean center line of
said Lake in a southerly direction to that southernmost point where Lake
Norbeck empties into the tributary of Rock Creek, and thence along the
center line of the bed of said Rock Creek to its confluence with the Main
Branch portion of Rock Creek, and thence running along the center line
of the bed of said Rock Creek in a southerly direction through Rock Creek
Park to a point where said Rock Creek is intersected by Beach Drive north-
east of and immediately proximate to the Pooks Hill Interchange, and
thence along the center line of said Beach Drive in a northwesterly
direction to the point where said Beach Drive intersects with Rockville
