(62) Sign Painter
Experience in general maintenance and painting work, including some
experience in sign painting and silk screen painting, preferably including
some experience in traffic and sign maintenance work and completion
of grammar school; and preferably completion of trade school; or any
equivalent combination of education and experience.
(63) Automotive Mechanic
Completion of a standard high or trade school course, preferably some
experience as a journeyman automotive mechanic and three (3) years
experience as a Trades Helper in a repair shop; or any equivalent combina-
tion of experience and training.
(64) Senior Automotive Mechanic
Graduation from a recognized high school or its equivalent, plus
completion of fully qualifying training and five (5) years of diversified
experience as a truck or heavy equipment mechanic. Experience may be
substituted for high school graduation.
(65) Utilityman I
Preferably completion of a standard grade school course and some
experience in heavy manual labor; preferably possession of a driver's
license; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
(66) Utilityman II
Preferably graduation from a recognized high school; ability to per-
form heavy manual labor, preferably some experience in performing semi-
skilled maintenance and construction tasks; or any equivalent combination
of education and experience.
(67) [Utilityman III] Crew Leader
Preferably graduation from a recognized high school; and must have
at least five (5) years experience in road work or utility work; and pref-
erably advanced training in the use of tools and equipment related to
[duties may be substituted for up to two (2) years experience as deter-
mined by supervisor.] the job assignment or any equivalent combination
of experience and training.
(68) Truck Driver
Completion of a standard grade school course and one (1) year of
experience in the operation of some type of automotive equipment; or any
equivalent combination of experience and training. Possession of a driver's
license.

the operation of light motor equipment plus possession of a valid driver's

(69) Motor Equipment Operator
Completion of a standard grade school plus one (1) year of experience
in the operation of heavy automotive equipment; possession of a driver's
license; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
