(24)    Chief Accountant

Graduation from an accredited college or university with major work
in accounting, business or public administration; six (6) years of experi-
ence in public finance administration, including experience in enterprise
accounting; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.

(25)    Keypunch Operator

Graduation from a recognized high school; sufficient experience to
qualify in a performance test in the operation of standard keypunch
machine; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.

(26)    Data Processing Equipment Operator

Graduation from a recognized high school, supplemented by courses
in application and operation of punch card tabulating equipment; one
(1) year of experience in the operation of a variety of tabulating equip-
ment; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.

(27)    Associate Programmer

Graduation from a recognized high school; aptitude for programming
in assembly language; and preferably some experience in data processing
operations.

(28)    Programmer

Graduation from an accredited college with major work in business
administration or public administration; preferably one (1) year of ex-
perience in data processing or experience as Associate Programmer; or
any equivalent combination of education and experience.

(29)    Data Processing Supervisor

Graduation from a university or college of recognized standing; four
(4) years of progressively responsible experience in data processing, which
includes the analysis and development of systems, methods, and pro-
cedures for conversion to computer processing techniques, two years of
which must have been in a supervisory or administrative capacity; or any
equivalent combination of education and experience.

(30)    Building Inspector

Graduation from a recognized high school and four (4) years re-
sponsible experience in building construction work; or any equivalent
combination of education and experience.

(31)     Senior Building Inspector

Graduation from a recognized high school and six (6) years responsi-
ble experience in building construction work, two of which shall have been
on the level of Building Inspector, preferably two (2) years of college or
university study in structural engineering or design; or any equivalent
combination of education and experience.

(32)     Chief Building Inspector

Graduation from a recognized high school, preferably two (2) years
of college or university study in structural engineering or design; eight (8)
years responsible experience in building construction work on the level of
Senior Building Inspector; or any equivalent combination of education
and experience.
