An Act to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections 1.132 and
1.133 of Title 1 of the Howard County Code, Title "Administration,"
subtitle "Personnel" providing for changes in the existing positions
and the minimum qualifications for job classifications in Howard
County.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the County Council of Howard County,
Maryland, That Sections 1.132 and 1.133 of the Howard County Code, be
and they are hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments to read as
follows:

1.132—Class Titles
The following classes of positions shall be within the classified service:
Clerical
	1.	General Clerk
