courts, basketball courts, and baseballl fields WHERE PERMITTED BY
THE LICENSING AUTHORITY, PERIMETER AREAS MAY BE CON-
SIDERED IN WHOLE OR IN PART AS OPEN SPACE.

(d) The units shall be located on each site so that there shall be at
least a twenty (20) foot clearance between units OR ANY ADDITION

THERETO. unless they are set back to back and then the clearance shall

be fifteen (15) feet. No units shall be located closer than twenty (20)
feet to any building NOR WITHIN FIFTEEN (15) FEET TO ANY
STREET within the park OCCUPIED BUILDING NOR WITHIN
THIRTY (30) FEET FROM THE CENTER LINE OF ANY STREET
WITHIN THE PARK, or to any property line of the park which does
not abut upon a public street or highway. No unit shall be located closer
than twenty five (25) FIFTY (50) feet from any property line OR RIGHT-
OF-WAY of a public street UNLESS APPROVED BY THE LICENS-
ING AUTHORITY. or thirty-five (35) feet from a truck highway or thor-

oughfare or such other distance as may be established by ordinance or
regulation as a front yard or set-back requirements with respect to perma-

nently erected buildings in the district in which the Mobile Home Park

is located.

(e)    All sites shall abut upon a roadway of not less than twenty five
(25)
THIRTY (30) feet in width, which shall have unobstructed access
to a public street, alley or highway.

(f)    All driveways and walkways shall be improved or hard-surfaced
IN ACCORDANCE WITH HOWARD COUNTY ROAD SPECIFICA-
TIONS
HARD SURFACED AND PROPERLY MAINTAINED TO PRO-
VIDE SAFE DRIVING CONDITIONS and lighted at night with sufficient
lighting which meets the minimum lighting requirements of the licensing
authority. Walkways shall have a minimum width of thirty (30) inches
THREE (3) FEET and shall be hard surfaced.

(g) An electrical outlet supplying at least 110-115/220 250 volts,

100 amperes shall be provided for each mobile home site.

(G) THE ELECTRICAL SUPPLY SYSTEM AND SERVICE TO
EACH SITE SHALL CONFORM TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE; EACH SITE SERVICE SHALL BE
OF AT LEAST 100 AMPERE CAPACITY, 120/200 VOLT, SINGLE
PHASE.

(h) A Fuel SUPPLY storage tank of at least 50 gallons capacity
shall be provided on each site in an inconspicuous location or manner,
EITHER UNDERGROUND OR SCREENED.

(i) Each mobile home site shall be provided with two (2) off-street
parking spaces; and no on-street parking shall be permitted ON ONLY
ONE SIDE OF EACH INTERIOR STREET. in the Mobile Home Park.

(j) Each site shall be attractively landscaped and all areas fronting
the park and any buildings or recreational areas shall be attractively land-
scaped. Fences or free-standing walls or living screens shall be installed
where necessary for screening purposes, such as around property boundary
lines, laundry yards, refuse collection points, and play grounds.

(k) An adequate supply of pure water for drinking and domestic
purposes shall be
supplied by pipe to all buildings and sites within the

park. Each site shall be provided with a cold water tap at least four (4)

inches above the ground.
