Howard County                                   2223

TO AN EXISTING MOBILE HOME PARK shall be filed with the licensing
authority by a person owning an interest in the land sought to be used
as a Mobile Home Park. The application shall be in writing, filed in
triplicate, QUADRUPLICATE, signed by the applicant, and shall include
the following (1) the name and address of the applicant, (2) the loca-
tion, legal description and ownership of the Mobile Home Park, (3) a
complete SITE plan of the park in conformity with the requirements of
Section 16.406 16.405 of this subtitle, (4) plans, LAYOUT and specifica-
tions of all buildings, improvements and the facilities constructed or to
be constructed within the Mobile Home Park, (5) such further informa-
tion as may be requested by the licensing authority to enable it to determine
if the proposed park will comply with all legal requirements, (6) the licens-
ing authority shall investigate the applicant, and inspect the application
and the proposed SITE plans and specifications AND OBTAIN THE AP-
PROVAL OF THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT. If the applicant is found
to MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THIS SUBTITLE AND TO be of
good moral character and the proposed Mobile Home Park will be in com-
pliance with all the provisions of this subtitle and other applicable pro-
visions of the law, the licensing authority shall approve the application
and upon completion of the park according to the SITE plans specification,
shall issue the license.

(b) Upon application in writing by licensee for renewal of a license
and upon payment of the
annual license fee, the licensing authority shall
issue a
certificate renewing such license for another year.

(B)    THE SITE PLAN SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE PLAN-
NING BOARD FOR ITS APPROVAL AS OVERALL DENSITY, LAY-
OUT, AND LOCATION OF SITES AND BUILDINGS, INGRESS AND
EGRESS, INTERNAL TRAFFIC CIRCULATION, RECREATION
AREAS, SET BACK AND DISTANCES BETWEEN UNITS, LOT SIZE,
OPEN SPACE, AND SCREENING. AFTER APPROVAL, THE SITE
PLAN SHALL BE RECORDED AMONG THE PLAT RECORDS OF
HOWARD COUNTY.

(C)    EACH LICENSEE SHALL ANNUALLY, WITHIN THIRTY
DAYS (30) PRIOR TO MAY 1, APPLY IN WRITING FOR A RE-
NEWAL OF THE LICENSE. UPON PAYMENT OF THE ANNUAL
LICENSE FEE AND AFTER SUCH INSPECTION AS THE LICENS-
ING AUTHORITY MAY REQUIRE, THE LICENSE SHALL BE
RENEWED FOR ANOTHER YEAR IF THE LICENSEE IS NOT IN
VIOLATION OF ANY OF THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SUBTITLE
OR ANY ZONING, HEALTH, OR BUILDING LAWS OR REGULA-
TIONS.

(c) (D) Upon application in writing for a transfer of license and
payment of the transfer fee, taxes due and license fees due not being in
arrears, the licensing authority shall issue a transfer if the transferee
is found to be of good moral character MEETS THE REQUIREMENTS
OF APPLICABLE LAW GOVERNING MOBILE HOME PARKS OF
THIS' SUBTITLE.

16.404.Mobile Housing Subdivision/Condominium

Any person intending to develop a Mobile Housing Subdivision/

Condominium where the sites are to be sold instead of rented shall com-

ply with the Subdivision Regulations of Howard County, provided that
the plan for the Mobile Housing Subdivision/Condominium shall meet all

the requirements of Section 16.405 of this subtitle and provided that the
