degrees, fifty-two minutes, forty-two and eight tenths seconds West, one
hundred eighty-eight and seventy-three one hundredths feet from the
northeasterly corner of a tract of "Mecklenburg" annexed to the Town of
Easton, Maryland in the year 1965, said point also marking the south-
westerly corner of another tract of "Idlewild" belonging to Hallowell Chev-
rolet Sales Co. annexed to the Town of Easton, Maryland in the year 1966;
THENCE: (2) With the northerly town boundary of "Mecklenburg"
along the original North sideline of Dutchman's Lane (lately widened)
North eighty-degrees, fifty-two minutes forty-two and eight tenths seconds
West—five hundred seventy and thirty nine hundredths feet (N. 80° 52"
42.8" W—570.39') THENCE: (3) With the westerly line of Lot No. 12 of
"Idlewild" belonging to Dr. Richard W. Ortel passing over a concrete
monument set at the southwesterly corner of Lot No. 12—the northerly
sideline of Dutchman's Lane at eleven and fifty-six one hundredths feet,
North nine degrees, eleven minutes, seventeen and two tenths seconds
East—two hundred eleven and fifty-six one hundredths feet (N 9° 11'
17.2" E—211.56') to another concrete marker; THENCE: (4) With the
northerly line of Lot No. 12 and Lot No. 11 belonging to William David
Hill, II (Passing over a concrete monument at the northwesterly corner
of Lot No. 11 at one hundred seventy-eight and three tenths feet—178.3')
South eighty degrees, forty-eight minutes, forty-two and eight tenths sec-
onds—four hundred and two tenths feet (S 80° 48' 42.8" E—400.2') to a
concrete marker; THENCE: (5) With the westerly sideline of Raymond
Lane (30' wide) North fifteen degrees, twenty-six minutes, seventeen and
two tenths seconds East—two hundred thirteen and six hundredths feet
(N 15° 26' 17.2" E—213.06'); THENCE: (6) Crossing Raymond Lane
and with the northerly line of Lot No. 9 of "Idlewild" belonging to Dr.
Robert W. Trever, South seventy-four degrees, thirty-three minutes, forty-
two and eight tenths seconds East—two hundred thirty and no tenths feet
(S 74° 33' 42.8" E—230.0') to a concrete monument set at the southeast-
erly corner of Lot No. 8 belonging to Fortenbaugh Volkswagen, Incor-
porated; THENCE: (7) Along the westerly sideline of U.S. Md. Route
50 and with an existing town boundary (passing over a concrete monu-
ment set at the northeasterly corner of Lot No. 10 reserved by A. Ray-
mond Marvel at two hundred feet—200.0') South fifteen degrees, twenty-
six minutes, seventeen and two tenths seconds West—three hundred sixty-
five and fifty-eight one hundredths feet (S 15° 26' 17.2" W 365.58') to the
place of beginning, containing four and forty-nine one thousands acres
(4.049 A.) or six thousand three hundred twenty-seven millionths of a
square mile (0.006327 sq.mi.).

The tract or parcel of "Idlewild" above described being more par-
ticularly shown upon a map, made by the subscriber and entitled: TOWN
OF EASTON, MARYLAND—PROPOSED ANNEXATION 1970 "IDLE-
WILD FARM" LOTS.
