SIGNATURES APPEARING ON CONSENT TO ANNEXATION OF
THE AREAS DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN RESOLUTION INTRO-
DUCED IN THE COUNCIL OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
BOONSBORO ON SEPTEMBER 22, 1969.
THIS IS TO CERTIFY, That I, John L. Herr, Mayor of Boonsboro,
have verified the signatures appearing on the consent to annexation of
those areas described in that certain resolution introduced in the Council
of the Mayor and Council of Boonsboro on this 22nd day of September
1969, and have found that all the said signatures are genuine and that
they represent the owners of more than twenty-five (25%) per cent of the
assessed valuation of the real estate located in the said areas to be annexed
and, further, that they represent more than twenty-five (25%) per cent
of the persons who reside in said areas and who are registered in County
elections.

Excerpts from the minutes of the regular meeting of the Town Com-
missioners of Centreville, August 27, 1970.
Upon motion of Mr. Hodgson, duly seconded by Mr. Tolson, and passed
by a unanimous vote, it was resolved that the following resolution be
adopted, to wit:
A Resolution to repeal subsection (g) of Section 103-B of Article
18 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition)
entitled, "Queen Anne's County," subtitle "Town of Centreville," as
enacted by Chapter 638 of the Acts of 1953 and amendments thereto,
and to enact in lieu thereof, a new subsection (g) of Section 103-B
to stand in place and stead of the subsection so repealed and to relate
to, and extend the time limit over which the Commissioners may
determine special assessments to be due from ten to forty years.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE TOWN COMMISSIONERS OF CEN-
TREVILLE, that subsection (g) of Section 103-B of Article 18 of the Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition) titled, "Queen Anne's County,"
subtitle, "Town of Centreville," as enacted by Chapter 638 of the Acts of
