eighteen seconds East one thousand one hundred ninety and twenty eight
hundredths feet, more or less, to intersect the thirteenth line of the original
boundary at or near the end of two hundred seventy and sixty nine hun-
dredths feet in said line, thence continuing with the lines of the original,
South sixty eight degrees West one thousand seven hundred nineteen and
thirty one hundredths feet, more or less, to the end of the said thirteenth
line, thence South twenty two degrees East five hundred seventy three feet
into the Boonsboro-Keedysville Highway, thence South eleven degrees fif-
teen minutes East five hundred seventy five feet, thence North sixty eight
degrees East one thousand eight hundred eighty four feet to the West
boundary of the Cemetery, thence along same, South twenty two degrees
East five hundred seventy seven feet, thence North sixty eight degrees
East three hundred thirty feet, thence leaving the Cemetery and running
South twenty two degrees East six hundred forty three feet, thence South
thirty seven degrees East one thousand sixty three feet, thence North fifty
three degrees thirty minutes East six hundred ten feet to the place of
beginning.
Section 5. AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution
shall become effective at the end of forty-five days following its final
enactment, unless a proper petition for referendum hereon shall be filed,
as permitted by law.

Whereas, there was introduced at a meeting of the Mayor and Council
of Boonsboro on the above date a Resolution to enlarge the corporate and
taxable limits of the municipal corporation known as the Mayor and Coun-
cil of Boonsboro by adding or annexing thereto certain areas fully described
in said Resolution, and
Whereas, the Council of the Mayor and Council of Boonsboro may
not proceed to enact said Resolution until after a public hearing thereon
as provided in Section 19, subparagraph (d), of Article 23A of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a Public Hearing in
relation to said Resolution be held by the Mayor and Council on Friday, the
7th day of November 1969, at 8:00 o'clock, P.M., in the Council Chamber
(Town Clerk's Office) in the Town Hall in Boonsboro, Maryland, at which
parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that proper notice of said public
hearing be published in the Boonsboro News, a newspaper of general cir-
culation in the Town of Boonsboro, not fewer than four times at not less
