The aforegoing title is a clear summary of the amendment of the
Town Charter proposed by said Resolution. A full copy of said resolution
may be inspected on the bulletin board in the Town Hall until April 13,
1968.

Resolution of the Council of the Mayor and Council of Boonsboro
to enlarge the corporate boundaries and thereby amend Section 36
(Corporate Limits) of the Charter of the Mayor and Council of Boons-
boro.

Resolution of the Council of the Mayor and Council of Boonsboro,
adopted pursuant to the authority of Article 11-E of the Constitution
of Maryland and Section 19 of Article 23-A of the Annotated Code of
Maryland, 1957 Edition, title Corporations, Municipal, sub-title
"Home Rule," sub-heading "Annexation," as said section was amended
by Chapter 314 of the Laws of Maryland of 1961, to enlarge the
corporate boundaries of the Mayor and Council of Boonsboro as
defined in Section 36 of the Charter of the Mayor and Council of
Boonsboro as it appears in the Code of Public Local Laws of Wash-
ington County of 1957 and as amended by Amendment Number 5 to
said Charter, by adding or annexing to said corporate boundaries
the following area adjoining the present corporate boundary, to-wit:

Beginning at a post at the end of 106.03 feet in the North 62 degrees
23 minutes West 746.65 foot line of the 1966 Annexation to Boonsboro,
and running thence with the remainder of said line North 62 degrees 23
minutes West 640.62 feet to a post at the end of said line, thence continuing
with the lines thereof South 20 degrees 55 minutes West 925.4 feet to a
post thence North 84 degrees 43 minutes West 412.22 feet to a post, thence
South 3 degrees 34 minutes West 229.2 feet to a concrete monument,
thence South 80 degrees 08 minutes West 179.9 feet to intersect the North
22 degrees West 1095 foot line of the original Corporate Boundary of
Boonsboro, thence with a portion of said line North 22 degrees 00 minutes
West 39.19 feet to a point, thence continuing with said original Cor-
porate Boundary North 26 degrees 00 minutes West 1250.4 feet to a point,
thence leaving it and running South 86 degrees 44 minutes East 100.33
feet to a post, thence North 16 degrees 18 minutes East 132.99 feet to a
post, thence North 19 degrees 53 minutes East 147.21 feet to a post, thence
North 20 degrees 15 minutes East 78.86 feet to a post, thence North 25
degrees 00 minutes East 463.28 feet to a post, thence North 69 degrees 37
minutes West 210.0 feet to the East margin of the Mapleville Road, thence
along the margin thereof North 21 degrees 15 minutes East 257.3 feet to
a point, thence North 25 degrees 44 minutes East 400.27 feet to a point,
