                               NEW SECTION 22 BE ADDED TO ARTICLE
59 OF THE ANNOTATED CODE OF MARYLAND (1970 SUP-
PLEMENT), TITLE "MENTAL HYGIENE," TO FOLLOW IM-
MEDIATELY AFTER SECTION 21 THEREOF AND TO BE
UNDER THE NEW SUBTITLE "EMERGENCY ADMISSIONS";
and to add new Sections 53, 54 and 55 54, 54A, 155, 56 AND 57 to
Article 59 of the Code, same title, to follow immediately after
Section 52 thereof and to be under the new subtitle "Mental Health
Information AND REVIEW Service," and all to read as follows:
